Bath Christmas Market may disrupt Treasure Hunt Bath
The city will be extremely busy while the Bath Christmas Market runs from Thursday 27 November to Sunday 14 December.
In previous years, some players have struggled to access the internet on their phones because of network congestion caused by large crowds and the number of contactless payment devices in use. As a result, they were unable to play our game.
This issue affects O2 customers in particular — more information here.

O2 signal issues in Bath
O2 mobile reception in parts of Bath can be unreliable. A few players have told us it’s caused issues playing the game.
It appears to be particularly tricky on Saturdays – possibly due to more people in town using the network at once.
This also applies if you’re using a network that runs on O2’s infrastructure – like Giffgaff, Tesco Mobile, Sky Mobile, Lycamobile or Talkmobile. If you’re on one of these, you’re likely to run into the same issues.
